All cancelations must be made 24 hours’ prior to scheduled appointment. Any cancellations without a 24 hours’ notice will be subject to a fee of 40% of the cancelled service. No show appointments will be responsible for a 50% of canceled service fee. Repeat cancellation will be subjected to a 50% fee at time of booking. ⭐️All hair services are non-refundable, but if you are not 100% happy please contact me within 1 week for an adjustment appointment.⭐️
